Lydia

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Lydia has called Australia home since 2018. Her passion for animals has taken her across a diverse range of animal-care settings, from working with exotic species in Darwin, Northern Territory, to building five years of experience as a full-time veterinary nurse in general practice.

With a strong passion for animal health and wellbeing, Lydia is dedicated to providing compassionate, knowledgeable care to animals and supporting their owners through every stage of their veterinary journey.

Her experience extends beyond Australia. Lydia has also volunteered in Fiji as a veterinary nurse, assisting with desexing programs and contributing to community efforts to improve animal welfare and reduce unwanted animal populations.

Lydia’s diverse experience, genuine love for animals, and commitment to veterinary care have shaped her approach to animal health. She is passionate about continuing to learn, making a positive difference in the lives of animals, and helping them live happy, healthy lives.
