Vets at Amaroo is Temporarily Closing
Vets at Amaroo is temporarily closing due to ongoing staffing challenges that are a result of the national veterinary industry shortage.
Effective 22nd December 2023, our team will merge with our sister clinic Hall Veterinary Surgery and invite you to continue your pet’s care with our friendly team until we reopen. Many of our clients may already have visited there before.
We have made this difficult decision to ensure the wellbeing of our team, clients, and patients. Hall Veterinary Surgery shares our same high standards for patient care as well as our patient record system, so we can continue to access your pet’s medical records without any interruption.

Open Extended Hours
Monday to Wednesday: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
Thursday: 8.00 am – 7.00 pm
Friday: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed
We also have other partner clinics nearby with Belconnen Animal Hospital and Canberra Veterinary Hospital and we can transfer your pet’s records there or to your clinic of choice if required.
Our team is actively recruiting new veterinary staff and looks forward to reopening when possible. We will keep you updated when we are ready to reopen once again.
